Vendor Commission Agreement

Vendor grants Our Day permission to use Vendor’s pricing, images, videos, and other marketing assets for the purpose of creating and maintaining a vendor profile on the Our Day platform.

Vendor agrees that Our Day may respond to client inquiries on their behalf using the information provided by Vendor. Vendor will be notified when a client wishes to proceed, at which point direct communication will be facilitated via email.

Vendor agrees to pay Our Day a commission of 10% of the total booking amount for each successful booking secured through the platform. Payment is due upon receipt of the client’s deposit. Vendor agrees to provide accurate reporting of bookings and payments.

Vendor agrees to act in good faith and accurately report all bookings and payments made by clients introduced through Our Day. Vendors are required to operate on an honor system.

Failure to inform Our Day of a booked transaction sourced through the platform will result in a $500 fee in addition to the standard commission amount. Repeated or willful non-disclosure may also lead to immediate termination of access to the Our Day platform.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. However, Vendor remains responsible for commission payments on bookings secured prior to termination.
