Hello! My name is Katy Albright, I'm licensed hairstylist, makeup artist of 10+ years specializing in Photoshoots, weddings, and special occasions. Beauty is my canvas and makeup is my art! I absolutely love creating art and making women feel beautiful! I started my passion for hairstyling & makeup in Charlotte, NC at the Aveda Institute. I gained more knowledge and experience working in the salon, and after winning The North American Hairstyling Awards 'Makeup artist of the Year 2013' I took my big dreams to New York City and had the privilege of working on set with some of the top name brands in the industry. Some of these include; Macy's, Target, Calvin Klein, Allure Magazine, etc. I also have had the privilege of working for NYFW and behind the scenes for various film sets. I lived and worked in NYC for 8 years, and now I'm back in in Charlotte, NC and taking new clients for weddings, special occasions, and photoshoots! ​ Now booking appointments at my private salon suite in Matthews.
