That is how we operate. Judy Lopez has worked in the Beauty Industry for over 15 years. She graduated from the Paul Mitchell Partner School, Hair Expressions, and obtained her license as a Senior Cosmetologist. She then received her certificate in Event Management at George Washington University. Judy brings an extensive array of knowledge in hair styling, makeup artistry, and event planning. She has worked all over & currently serves the DC-MD-VA area. She also travels for destination weddings and events. Judy absolutely LOVES what she does and created an elite team full of licensed, passionate, and determined people who are ready to help you on your special day.
