With our Day-Of Wedding Coordination, you get to do EXACTLY this as you enjoy your once-in-a-lifetime event without the stress of managing the logistics because we’ll handle it all. Our white-glove Day-OF Coordination Package includes: -A Pre-Wedding Consultation. We’ll meet to review our day Of package and map out even the smallest details of your big day. -A Recommended Vendor List. We know how important a good vendor is (because, trust us, we’ve seen it all!) We’ll recommend a list of vendors we’ve worked closely with and know are top-notch and reliable. - A Final Walkthrough. Once your plans are set in stone, we will conduct a final walkthrough of your venue (s) with the vendors alongside us to have an organized system for the day of. -A Logistics Planning Session. We will meet to discuss all of your details, right down to the nitty-gritty ones, so nothing goes overlooked. From the activities the day before the wedding to turning down the lights once your celebration ends, you can ride off into the sunset without worrying about a thing. -Vendor Management Services. We’ll contact your contracted vendors and coordinate delivery, setup, breakdown, and every logistic in between. -Timeline Creation and Execution Services. We’ll map out a detailed timeline of your pre and wedding-day events, including everything related to your contracted vendors. -A Wedding Day Prep Session. Up to a week before the day arrives (and it will come quickly!), we’ll meet one final time to finalize all of your wedding activity logistics. -Rehearsal Coordination Services. We’ll conduct and execute the wedding rehearsal for up to 1 hour so you can revel in the excitement and wind down for the next day. -Day of Wedding Coordination Services. This is a full-service coordination package, so we want to ensure that all the magic we put into your pre-wedding day comes to life when it’s time. Our wedding coordinator (s) will be onsite at your venue to: -​Oversee and act as the point of contact for contracted vendors and wedding guests. -Direct and line up the wedding party for the ceremony and reception. -Ensure that all scheduled events start and end on time. -Distribute final payments and gratuities to all vendors, if necessary. -Manage your wedding day logistics onsite from beginning to end
