We specialize in honoring traditions and using family recipes. So when a client came to us with a request to include a special portuguese pastry that signified a special time in their lives, we went through 14 trial runs of the pastry before we got it right and including that memory made their wedding day that much more memorable to them and their guests. For many of our clients, they include a small cutting cake to honor the tradition and then curate a dessert bar specifically to their location, theme and tastes of their guests.
