Welcome to Chatham Station! Located along the railroad tracks in Historic Downtown Cary, we are a bright and airy warehouse space. A lover of natural lighting? So are we! Our seven garage bay doors and skylight welcome in outdoor lighting, even on rainy days. Couples love the open spacious floorplan, chic changing suites, and the feel of being in a city without the hassles of a larger city! Facilities And Capacity Chatham Station can accommodate a maximum capacity of 225 guests for a cocktail style reception. For a fully seated reception, up to 175 is a comfortable number for the space. We offer 4,500 square feet of open space. Chatham Station is an industrial venue yet polished venue with endless potential for any budget and vision. Don't forget to take a peek in our comfortable changing suites where you will spend time with hair and makeup artists or simply relaxing as you begin your best day ever!
