We are mobile caterers in Raleigh-Durham, NC that brings the fun to you or your office. We offer wood-fired pizza cooked on our Mugnani Valoriani® oven, fresh salads, seasonal appetizers and a variety of other top-notch entrees out of our custom International Harvester truck. To top it off, we have 4 beer taps on the truck! Carolina Crust was founded by father and son, John and Mike Cline. We wanted to build a mobile pizzeria in Raleigh-Durham together that lives at the intersection of fun and work that they could do together and be surrounded by happy people. After many days of deliberation (and beers)... Bam! Carolina Crust was born.
