He loved learning from his family and making traditional dishes such as homemade pasta with his grandma, gelato with his aunt, and pizza with his uncle. Alessio found his passion for cooking and, in particular, pizza making. He went to L'Arte della Pizza, where he was taught by the famous Gaetano Esposito, who has made pizza for Popes and celebrities.
