I have been baking for over 32 years and decorating specialty cakes for the past 14 years. I obtained an Associate Degree of Science in Culinary Arts/ Baking & Pastry from JSCC with a yearly Dean’s list. I trained and perfected my craft with a very well known local bakery for several years. I started out as a bakery assistant, then promoted to bakery manager within 30 days! I held the lead baker and cake decorator roles for several years, in which each position involved many different tasks. My skills include my positive attitude and honesty. Customer service is a top priority throughout my business and life in general. I consistently provide my customers with cakes and desserts that have amazing eye appeal, along with moistness, & flavor to enhance their most memorable occasions.
